Our Story
Born from a maker's workshop.
OpsFlowBetter started in a home workshop in High Point, North Carolina. The founder — a maker, 3D printer, and problem-solver — was tired of the gap between making great products and actually selling them profitably.
The first product idea came from a real need. His wife runs Vintage Shack, an antique business, and needed a better 45 RPM vinyl record adaptor for her turntable. But it wasn't just a personal fix — she saw the bigger picture: wholesalers in the antique business would want these too. Antique shops, vintage record stores, estate sale dealers — all serving customers who collect and play vinyl on classic turntables.
That insight turned a kitchen-table idea into a real product opportunity. And the process of validating it — researching the market, analyzing competitors, running the numbers — was messy, manual, and scattered across a dozen browser tabs. There had to be a better way.
That better way became P2M Pipeline: a structured, repeatable system for taking any physical product from idea to income. And the company building it became OpsFlowBetter — a suite of operations tools designed for people who make things and want to sell them without drowning in spreadsheets, guesswork, or enterprise software that costs more than their monthly revenue.
